GRESHAM LIGHT
Our lightest offering, Gresham light is crisp, clean
and refreshing! it is the closest we have to a domestic
lager. Light in color and body, this is a great beer to
get your night started.

DEMENTED DUCK AMBER
This German Amber Ale is ligther in body with an amber hue.
Brewed with 2-row, Munich and aromatic malts witha very
small amount of roasted barley for color, lightly hopped with
saaz imported from the Czech Republic.

BLACK ROOTS BLONDE
A light ale, brewed with 2-row & Caramel malts and lightly
hopped with Northern Brewer and Tettnager. Easy drinking and smooth.

POWELL PORTER
A deep ruby color with a clean smooth finish carcterizes this ale.
Brewed using Pale Ale, Chocolate and Speacial roast malts and
hopped with Centennial and Cascade. Don't let the dark color scare
you, this is an easy drinking ale.

EAGER BEAVER IPA
This ale is all about the balance between the intense hop flavor
and aroma and the malty body. Brewed with Pale Ale and Caramel
Malts and over thirty pounds of hops.

80 SCHILLING
Clear bronze body with a dust-colored head.
Scotch whiskey aroma with a nice peaty note
and earthy aspects. Surprising amount of
whiskey character in the flavor as well.
Moderately sweet with low bitterness.
Medium thin body. Brewed with Pale,
Carapils, Caramel and Black Patent
Malts with Fuggle hops.

FARMHOUSE ALE
The traditional summer ale in the French speaking areas
of Belgium. A light copper color with a slightly sweet character,
and spice from Paradise seeds. Brewed with Pale, Aromatic, Munich
and Wheat malts and hopped with Northern Brewed and a late
addition of Paradise Seed.
(15.4 IBU 6.6% ABV)

DUBBEL YOUR PLEASURE
Originally brewed in the Trappist Monasteries of Belgium this is
an Americanized version of their strong dark ales that are typically
exported from the monastery. Deep brown in color with a cloying sweetness
and hints of bubblegum and raisins.
(21.6 IBU 8.6% ABV)

SEVEN WHEATS
This experimental beer was brewed with seven different wheat malts and no barley.
A dark brown color is complimented by an initial sweetness followed by a slight
drying bitterness.

E S B
ESB stands for Extra Special Bitter, the strongest of the English bitters.
Brewed with Pale, Crystal, Wheat and Vienna Malts and hopped with Ahtanum and East
Kent Goldings. Dispensed with nitrogen this copper colored ale has a lighter body
and medium hop presence.
(45.6 IBU 5.2% ABV)

CHERRY ALE
Not your typical fruit beer. Brewed with Pale, Wheat, and Caramel Malts
with just a touch of Roasted Barley and Hellertauer Hops and the
equilivlent of 350 pounds of tart cherries. The cherries give the beer a
slight pink tinge and a definite cherry flavor.

LICORICE STOUT
We took a dry stout and decided to change the flavor by adding licorice
root. Brewed with Pale, Black and Caramel Malts, Roasted and Flaked Barley
hopped with Centennial and Mt Hood. Black in color with a slightly sweet
licorice flavor.
